Processing of personal data of customers and suppliers

Personal data of customers and suppliers are processed by TwinklingPlanet for the following purposes:

  • Administrative purposes;
  • Communication about the assignment and/or invitations;
  • Execution of the assignment.

The basis for this processing is:

  • The agreed assignment.

For the above purposes, TwinklingPlanet may request the following personal data from you:

  • First name;
  • Infix;
  • Surname;
  • (Business) Phone Number;
  • (Business) Email address;
  • Address.

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the agreement and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.

Newsletter and Cookies

Personal data of newsletter subscribers are processed for:

  • Informing subscribers through news releases.

The basis for this processing is:

  • The newsletter subscription form.

For these purposes, TwinklingPlanet may request the following personal data from you:

  • First name;
  • Infix;
  • Surname;
  • Email address.

Your personal data will be stored as long as you are registered for the newsletter.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our website. We have entered into a processor agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. Google may not use the information obtained for other services.
